PUBLIC INTEREST PROJECTS

In modern management systems, public interest is defined as economic and service-dimensional, as individuals in society benefit from services within the framework of social justice.
All public institutions are obliged to observe the public interest at the highest level in all kinds of administrative transactions. This means that if a public institution (administration) makes an administrative transaction (for example, expropriation), there must be a public interest in making that transaction. As Mitto Consulting, we create our public interest projects in accordance with Article 46 of the Mining Law No. 3213, which is amended by Law No. 7226.
